Drew started out in real estate as a first time home buyer/investor after deciding purchasing a multi-family home was a better option than renting.  After researching, Drew found a 3 family home that fit living needs while also maximizing financial needs.  After a couple of renovations and a few months of hard work, Drew owned his own home...FOR FREE!

After this experience, Drew and his wife wanted to continue investing. This is when Drew became a licensed real estate agent.  Almost a decade later, Drew has started T&C Realty Group Inc. and continues expanding in the real estate sector.

I moved to the United States and Upstate New York in 2002. I married a school teacher from Shenendehowa School District and have two beautiful daughters. I am very proud to be a realtor in the big melting pot that is New York State. I became a realtor so that I could help people with what amounts to being the biggest purchase they are likely to ever make. I am fluent in both Korean and English as well as being a New York State certified translator and often work as an interpreter for Korean students and their families. Ann has had her real estate license since 2006. As a single mom, Ann bought her first rental property at age 25. She realized then, the importance of finding a home that works for your needs. She has been buying and selling homes ever since. Four years ago, Ann fell in love with Saratoga Springs and immediately decided to build a house on Saratoga Lake. The whole family, including dogs, have enjoyed every aspect of what the area has to offer.
